How we make money
Home Equity Calcs is free to use. We may earn money when you click a sponsored offer on our site and apply with that company. These rules apply to every offer we show:
- Sponsored offers are labeled. Anything we are paid for is marked as sponsored.
- Flat fees only. We only add offers that pay a fixed fee per application or referral. The fee does not depend on whether you get a loan, on the loan amount or on its rate.
- Payment does not change results or order. The sponsored offers we show come from companies that pay us, but we do not order them by how much they pay, and no company can pay to change a calculator result.
- We are not a lender or broker. We do not take loan applications, make credit decisions or see your credit report. When you click an offer, you leave our site, and that company's terms and privacy policy apply.
- Not every offer is available everywhere. In some states we do not show sponsored offers.
